Pass It On: The Fastest Way to Recommend a Show

You just finished an episode that wrecked you, and you want one specific person to watch it. The way this usually goes: you open Messages, type "you HAVE to watch [show]," they ask what it's about, you type three more messages, they say "I'll add it to my list" and never do. By the time they'd have found it themselves, the moment's gone.
Pass it on is CouchReel's answer to that — a recommend button that's first-class everywhere a title lives, not buried three menus deep.
How it works

Tap Recommend on any title, episode, or list — it's in the header, next to Watchlist and Rate, not hidden in an overflow menu.

Add a one-line note if you want one ("you'd love this one") — or skip it, that's one tap too.

Send it however you already talk to people. On your phone, that's the native share sheet — text, WhatsApp, Instagram, whatever's already open. On the web, it's Copy link, Messages, WhatsApp, X, Facebook, Email, or a QR code for the person standing next to you.
What the other person sees
They don't need CouchReel installed to look. The link opens a page with the poster, the title, the synopsis, the cast, and where it's actually streaming in their region — plus your name and your note, so they know this isn't a random ad, it's you. From there they can open it in the app if they have it, get the store badges if they don't, or just save it to their own watchlist and come back later.
